Zine-making workshop with Kiva-Marie – River John

Zine-making workshop*: Zines (pronounced ‘zeen’) are self-made, small books that can be about absolutely anything. In this workshop, you’ll learn to make your own zine with only a single sheet of paper. Zines area wonderful way to realize your creativity, either just for yourself or to share with others!

About the Instructor: Kiva-Marie Belt is a self-taught, emerging artist from rural Seafoam, Nova Scotia. They began to create artwork as a tool for cultivating mental and emotional well-being, and creating beautiful things has since become their passion. An avid gardener, Kiva-Marie’s work is inspired by their love of the natural world.
