Atlantic Vernacular Digital Exhibition Launch : Fine Craft & Poetry of Atlantic Canada

March 4, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm America/Moncton

A collaborative effort, 30 artists and 29 poets from across the country gathered to connect, collaborate to create, in an alchemic fashion masterworks that embody the diverse cultural and ecological identities of our region. The online exhibition will tour digitally for the 2022 year before coming to a close in 2023. The exhibition features a vast collection of all types of fine craft, ranging from textiles, ceramic sculptures, woodworking, and more which are accompanied by fantastic poetic narratives. We invite you to view the digital exhibition at your leisure and join us for our special artist talk livestream on March 4th, 2022.

Join us Friday, March 4th from 6 P.M. – 7 P.M. AST for the official launch of the Atlantic Vernacular digital exhibition! Starting at 6pm AST, tune in to our launch livestream led by Craft NB which will feature a special artist talk with Michelle Sylliboy, one of our esteemed exhibition contributors to this special project. This opening livestream will also include talks with Gillian Dykeman, the Atlantic Vernacular curator and Craft NB representatives.
