NSCSW Lunch & Learn: Reading with Anna Quon

Join NSCSW Social Justice Ally Award Winner, activist, novelist and poet, Anna Quon, for a reading and discussion of her new novel Where the Silver River Ends.

Anna will talk about her inspiration for the book and her process of writing it, read a short excerpt from the book, and then have a conversation about some of the book’s themes: race and class, privilege and oppression, and the ways we “help” and “hurt.”

Feel free to submit questions or comments in advance or ask them on the fly, eat your lunch and drink your tea, while joining Anna in a conversation she hopes will leave you curious and refreshed for your afternoon ahead.
