Patrick Collins is a writer and retired educator who has taught in various communities throughout Newfoundland and Labrador, finishing his career in education as a senior administrator, working in several school districts throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. For nearly a decade, Patrick, with his business partner, owned and operated Peter Easton Boat Tours, which conducted heritage harbour tours of Conception Bay North, serving hundreds of customers from all over the world.
Pat served as chairperson of the Conception Bay Museum for eight years and is currently second vice chair of the Newfoundland and Labrador Credit Union’s board of directors. He has been a dedicated volunteer director with the Harbour Grace Saint Vincent de Paul Food Bank for over a decade.
An avid storyteller and local tour guide, he appears throughout the province at many different locations to entertain and inform on topics relevant to Newfoundland and Labrador culture.

Born and raised in Riverhead, Harbour Grace, he continues to enjoy researching and writing in his retirement.
