MILES HOWE is currently a PhD candidate and an instructor at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. A former freelance journalist based out of Halifax, he is also the author of <i>Debriefing Elsipogtog: The Anatomy of a Struggle</i>. Miles currently resides in Kingston.
