Laurel Keating is a self-taught and award-winning artist whose illustration work has appeared in several children's books: Yaffle's Journey, Elliot and the Impossible Fish, Moose's Roof, and Full Speed Ahead: Errol?s Bell Island Adventure, to name a few.? A native Newfoundlander and animal lover, she lives in Portugal Cove, which she has called home all her life.
