<p>Lo\u00efc and his faithful companion, the spunky little winged dragon Portagne-des-Montagnes, find themselves in a nightmarish fortress, which the irascible Captain Baboune still powers with foul humour, despite having been humiliated by Lo\u00efc only moments before. Baboune operates a machine that alters the very nature of the winds. The machine is fuelled by the grumpiness of adults upset with their lot.
