Wendy McLeod MacKnight grew up in St Stephen, New Brunswick and was working at the government when the siren call of writing became too strong to ignore. Her second novel, ???????????? ????????????????????-????????, set at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery in Fredericton (NB), was named Best Book of 2018 by the Canadian Children’s Book Centre. Her most recent novel, ???????????? ???????????????????????????? (Greenwillow Books, 2020), set in Saint John, was a finalist for the 2021 Rocky Mountain Book Awards.
