Atlantic Books Today’s Fall 2019 issue has won Gold at the Atlantic Journalism Awards! We’re very proud of the work that goes into our covers, and have now been recognized with three straight AJAs (two golds and a silver) for that work. This year’s gorgeous image features an oil painting set in Twillingate by the talented Jennifer Verma, who is both a freelance journalist and landscape painter (and also a nonprofit healthcare executive) from Newfoundland, currently living in Ottawa with her family.
